REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1.⁠ ⁠No Cancellation
Once a deposit or full payment has been made, cancellations are not allowed. Any cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

2.⁠ ⁠Date Change
Any amendment of the booking date after making a deposit, the deposit is allowed to be carried forward to a new booking within one (1) month from the original booking date.If the rescheduled booking exceeds one month from the original booking date, the deposit will be forfeited.

By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

FULFILLMENT POLICY

1.⁠ ⁠Order Processing & Confirmation

  • To confirm a booking, customers are required to provide necessary documents such as IC/passport and driving license as a standard procedure and proof of identification.
  • All orders/bookings will be processed only upon receipt of payment
  • A confirmation message will be sent once the payment is successfully received.

2. Service Fulfillment

  • Services will be provided as per the agreed-upon date and time.
  • Any changes to the fulfillment schedule must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible to provide accurate schedules/information at the time of booking.
  • Providing inaccurate schedules/information may result in delays or inability to perform services.

4. ⁠Non-fulfillment Due to Customer No-show

If the customer fails to attend or be available for the service at the scheduled time, the deposit/payment will be forfeited, and no rescheduling will be allowed.

5.⁠ ⁠Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

We strive to fulfill all orders/bookings as scheduled. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions and etc, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative arrangements
